Wright State University's Executive Director of Organizational Development and Learning, Albert Bondurant, is also the Staff Liaison. Albert reports to the Office of the Provost and is available to all staff (management and non-management) for informal, one-on-one, neutral and confidential advice/coaching sessions focused on work-related concerns (e.g., conflict; communication; job performance; internal career guidance; etc.).
