Women's Leadership Institute - Specifically focused on the unique needs and challenges faced by women in a university setting, the WSU Women's Leadership Institute will draw from and serve women who are either currently in supervisory/leadership positions or women who have the interest/potential to advance into such positions.
- Setting Performance Expectations: Providing Direction and Influence
- Succession Planning - from the Executive Education Series
- Mentoring - This will be an elective program that will provide formal guidelines on how to effectively mentor a staff member.
- OJT - This one-day program will offer organizational tools and processes to use for those who train others.
