Recently, Grandview began its Nursing Residency Program, a 20 week research based residency program that was developed to ensure that new RNs are able to better transition from Student to Professional RN. This is a program that combines guided clinical experience, a supportive culture, and a mentoring program so that a nurse is able to build on and apply the knowledge learned in school while gaining experience during those weeks of transition.
