Admission Process RN-BSN Completion Program
The College of Nursing and Health invites students interested in a
challenging, flexible program of study that accommodates nurses typical work schedules to submit an application. Entry into this
competitive program starts with admission to Wright State University
as a degree seeking student. Preadmission advising is recommended.

For Admission to Wright State University

Apply to Wright State University for admission as an undergraduate
student.

Call the Office of Admissions, 937-775-5708 for an application that
you can mail in with the $30 one-time admission fee, or

Apply online from the Wright State University web site:
http://www.wright.edu/admissions/undergrad/

Be sure to indicate dates of attendance at previous colleges and
universities as well as schools of nursing on your application

Request official transcripts to be sent to the Wright State
University Office of Admissions from every college or university you
have attended.
For Admission to the College of Nursing and Health RN-BSN Program:

Complete prerequisite courses for admission to the College of
Nursing and Health (see RN-BSN Curriculum Worksheet below for list
of prerequisite courses)

Complete WSU application as stated ab ove.
Applicants must have current RN Licensure.

Applicants with an encumbered RN License must submit a copy of their consent agreement.
Students are eligible to apply for admission to the nursing program
after successful completion of prerequisite courses. All
prerequisite courses must be completed with a minimum grade point
average of 2.5. In reviewing applications, the Admissions Committee
looks for evidence of sound academic preparation, character,
maturity, and the ability to perform functions required in the
practice of nursing.
