As you plan for Fall 2012 registration, make sure you take 5 classes (or 15 hours) to stay on track for graduation. Since the typical semester class is 3 credit hours, 5 classes will give you 15 hours a term; enough to make good progress toward graduation.
There is a new alternate format for MAPs, an A-MAP. It is essentially the same process, but you can complete it on paper, as opposed to using the DARS Course Cart. If you have not completed a MAP, and you would like to do so, meet with you advisor and talk about the A-MAP. If you have already completed your MAP with the electronic process it is still valid. Either format works.
