SHANNON WILSON NAMED 1998-99
WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY TRUSTEES’ SCHOLAR

Shannon E. Wilson has been named a 1998-99 Wright State University Trustees’ Scholar. She graduated from Licking Heights High School, near Columbus.

During high school, Wilson was active in band, track and field, the mentoring program, the post-secondary option program and the National Honor Society. She also volunteered at the James Cancer Hospital and Research Institute.

Wilson is very involved with animal rights organizations and is a member of both the Anti- Vivisection Society and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

She is in her first-year majoring in pre-med biology. Wilson will receive a full scholarship, including tuition, room, board and books.
