DONNA COLE PROMOTED TO PROFESSOR
AT WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY
Donna J. Cole, Ph.D., has been promoted to professor of education in the College of Education and Human Services at Wright State University. Cole also serves as assistant to the chair for program developments, where she coordinates the Professional Year Program, a master's level PK-12 based teacher preparatory program.
Cole earned her doctorate in cultural foundations of education from the University of Utah, her master's degree from West Virginia University and her bachelor's degree from Cleveland State. Chapter advisor and member of Kappa Delta Pi, Cole also is a member of many other professional organizations including the Association of Teacher Educators, the American Education Studies Association and the American Education Research Association.
The author of numerous articles, Cole has co-authored the book Portfolios Across the Curriculum. She is also the recipient of several awards and honors such as the College of Education and Human Services Service Award, and the Faculty Excellence Award.
