Career Services will host Career Fair '98 on Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 9:00 a.m.3:00 p.m., in the Student Union Multipurpose Room. Fifty-five employers participated in this event two years ago, almost 100 were represented last year and this year Career Services expects nearly 125 local, national and international employers to attend. Students seeking full-time and part-time employment, co-op opportunities and internships are encouraged to attend. The fair is free to students and alumni and does not require advance registration. Career Services' on-campus recruiting program begins Monday, Oct. 12. On-campus Recruiting provides students and employers with the opportunity to complete screening interviews and to consider setting up future interview dates. Last year, Career Services hosted more than 198 employers.
