Greetings Gospel Music Fans!
You are cordially invited to attend our first African American Choral Music Festival Saturday October 2, 2010. This is an exciting opportunity for you and your students to learn more about gospel music, develop advanced gospel vocal technique, interpreting gospel music and other styles of African American choral music. The High School Gospel Choir Musicianship Festival will be under the direction of Associate Professor of Music, Dr. Brenda Ellis. Dr. Ellis is the Director of the Wright State University Paul Laurence Dunbar Chorale and a member of the Academic Faculty of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, Inc. Registration deadline is January 31, 2011.
