Help the Department of Music renovate the Creative Arts Center’s Concert Hall
September 9, 2006
7:30 p.m.
Concert Hall, Creative Arts Center
The Department of Music’s Concert Hall has been the department’s primary performance venue since the Creative Arts Center opened in 1973; the hall has been the stage for many great performers and performances.
In the thirty years since its opening, there has been neither major renovation nor major improvement to the Concert Hall. It needs help in many areas including lighting, sound, even seating.
In just a few years the Concert Hall will have a complete renovation. Plans are already being made. To help fund this project, the Wright State University Department of Music will present a performance of outstanding music alumni. Proceeds from the performance will help renovate this wonderful auditorium.
The Department of Music’s alumni have been impressing audiences in concert halls around the country for years. Come and experience for yourself the performances of some of these outstanding WSU music alumni and at the same time, your attendance will help support a renovation of the WSU Concert Hall.
