This program features African American leaders and scholars in collaboration with the African and African American Studies program, the Greater Dayton community, and the Wright State University community.

The Ujima Mentoring Program

The Ujima Mentoring community, offered by the Bolinga Center, targets first-year African American students who would like to improve their chances of academic success by attaining an on-campus job and having their supervisor serve as their mentor.
