Organizational Leadership
Major
The Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership is primarily intended for students who have already completed a two-year degree program from an accredited community college, branch campus, or technical college program. The organizational leadership major provides students with knowledge, skills, and values necessary for advancement in their chosen career.
- The organizational leadership curriculum is interdisciplinary and includes courses from the College of Education and Human Services, College of Liberal Arts, and the Raj Soin College of Business.
- The Leadership Capstone and the Leadership Skills Project provide students with practical, hands-on experience in solving administrative problems through the design and implementation of a leadership action plan.
