Two avenues are in place to assist faculty in staying abreast of what the LEADER Consortium is involved in and providing an avenue that fosters networking through the Ledger and the Faculty Success Network

Programming and Events

Various programs from workshops to luncheons are designed to communicate new ideas, future suggested changes, and provide an open forum to discuss concerns that help to foster the creation of a better workplace.

Research and Evaluation

To further understanding of the many initiatives and programming that LEADER is further involved in, two types of research is conducted that often works hand in hand to pursue what is beneficial or to improve what is neccessary.
