The LEADER Consortium team is as follows:

Michele Wheatly Michele Wheatly is dean of the College of Science and Mathematics and professor of biological sciences at Wright State University. She serves as the director of LEADER. Malcolm Daniels Malcolm Daniels is interim dean of the School of Engineering and professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of Dayton. He plays a key role in implementing LEADER initiatives at UD.
Peggy DesAutels Peggy DesAutels is an associate professor of philosophy at the University of Dayton. She conducts gender schema workshops at UD and performs social science research for LEADER. David Goldstein David Goldstein is chair of the Department of Biological Sciences at Wright State University. He plays a key role in implementing LEADER initiatives at Wright State.
Willie Houston, Jr. Willie Houston, Jr., is associate vice president for academic affairs at Central State University. He promotes LEADER initiatives at Central State. Kimberly Kendricks Kimberly Kendricks is an assistant professor of mathematics at Central State University. She leads the implementation of LEADER initiatives at Central State.
Sharmila Mukhopadhyay Sharmila Mukhopadhyay is a professor of materials science and engineering at Wright State University. She coordinates the implementation of LEADER initiatives in the College of Engineering and Computer Science at Wright State. Heidi Ries Heidi Ries is dean for research and associate professor of physics at the Air Force Institute of Technology. She coordinates the implementation of LEADER initiatives at AFIT.
Jayne Robinson Jayne Robinson is chair of the Department of Biology at the University of Dayton. She coordinates the implementation of LEADER initiatives for the College of Arts and Sciences at UD. Joseph Saliba Joseph Saliba is interim provost at the University of Dayton. Prior to this position, he was the dean of the School of Engineering. He helps oversee LEADER initiatives at UD.
Tamera Schneider Tamera Schneider is an associate professor of psychology and human factors area leader at Wright State University. She conducts research on attitudes, intentions, and behavior change and performs social science research for LEADER. Juanita Wehrle-Einhorn Juanita Wehrle-Einhorn is the director of Affirmative Action Programs at Wright State University. She helps to coordinate LEADER initiatives at Wright State.
