The LEADER Consortium provides dual career support to spouses or partners of new STEM faculty hired by the consortium institutions through two programs: Resume-Sharing and Neighboring Institutions.

Resume-Sharing Program

The LEADER Consortium Resume-Sharing Program is a program in which spouses or partners of newly-hired STEM faculty may submit their curriculum vitas (CVs) or resumes to be shared among the partner institutions for possible consideration or invitation to apply for open positions within their colleges, departments, or offices. Resumes received are shared with college deans, department chairs, or university managers in areas related to the career interest(s) of the program participant.

Spouses or partners of newly-hired STEM faculty members interested in participating in this program may submit their CVs or resumes to leader@wright.edu.

Neighboring Institutions Program

Recognizing the fact that dual-career STEM couples are often employed by different institutions, the LEADER Consortium Neighboring Institutions Program identifies 2-year and 4-year institutions that are located within an 80-mile radius of Dayton. Four-year institutions are identified by a blue balloon; 2-year institutions are identified by a yellow balloon. Click on the balloon for the name of the institution and for a direct link to the institution’s human resources department home or job search page.
