Obtaining a Wright1 Card

The Wright1 Card is is an ID card for Wright State University students, faculty and staff.  As the Wright1 Card machine gets settled into its new location in student services we advise you to call ahead, 419-586-0300, to make sure a trained staff member will be available to make your ID.  The Student Services front desk is located at 170 Dwyer Hall. If you are obtaining your first Wright1 Card you MUST show a photo ID.

Where To Use Your Wright1 Card

Lake Campus Printing

Printing has become more efficient than ever.  There are several print stations at the Lake Campus.  In order to print from a campus computer you must use your Wright1 Card and it must have money on it.  See below on how to put money on your Wright1 Card.

Lake Campus Library

In order to check out books from the Lake Campus Library you must present your Wright1 Card.

Lake Campus Bookstore

Students are able to make purchases using their Wright1 Card at the Lake Campus Bookstore.

Cost Associated With the Card

Payment for a Wright1Card must be made at the Bursar window (170 B Dwyer Hall) before a new card will be made.

• Your first Wright1 Card is free of charge
• There is a $5 replacement charge for a damaged card, or a card that needs updated information (ie, change of name).  If your name has changed you must fill out a change of name form with the registrar's office before a new card can be made.
• If your card is lost/stolen there is a $10 replacement charge

How To Make a Deposit and Report a Stolen/Lost Wright1 Card:

If you lose your card, call the Wright1 center IMMEDIATELY at 937-775-5542 (Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm), and your account will be placed on hold. If it is outside the centers normal operating hours, you can report your card lost or deposit money onto you card by logging on to WINGS and selecting the "Academics" tab:

Log in to WINGS using your campus username (w001abc) and password:

Click on the "Academics" tab:

Manage your account under the Wright1 logo:

*The Bursar Office, 170B Dwyer Hall, can also deposit money onto your Wright1 Card.
