Leadership happens at all levels within an organization, across
all organizational types. As such, the degree in Organizational
Leadership traditionally prepares you for entry into a mid-level
management or leadership position in a variety of organizational
types. Graduates from the Lake Campus work in manufacturing,
sheriff and police departments, departments of job and family
services, financial services, among others. Many of our
graduates have gone on to enroll in and complete the Master
of Business Administration degree, also available at the Lake
Campus. |
