The Bachelor of Science in Organizational
Leadership degree was developed as a degree
completion program for students who possess
an associate degree (or an equivalent number
of credit hours) and are interested in pursuing
leadership positions within the private, public and
nonprofit sectors of the economy. This unique,
multidisciplinary program requires students to take
courses from the Raj Soin College of Business, the
College of Education and Human Services, and
the College of Liberal Arts. It provides students
with broad academic experience as well as the
practical background needed to ready them for the
contemporary work environment. Students will
be exposed to the theory and practice necessary
for leading today's organizations and be given
the opportunity to develop skills in planning and
controlling the human, physical, financial, and
technical resources within organizations.
