ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Bachelor of Science B.S.
This degree completion program leads to a Bachelor of Science B.S. degree in a leadership-focused, multi-disciplinary, application-oriented major. Designed for students with a two-year degree or its equivalent who want a broad academic background to prepare them for supervisory and managerial careers. The major combines courses in communication and management with the study of leadership theory and practice. Students will learn problem-solving techniques and complete a leadership skills project. This integrated major prepares today’s and tomorrow’s leaders for the challenges across all career fields.

Admission Information:
Students should possess an associate degree or have 90 quarter hours from an accredited college or university, a 2.0 cumulative GPA and two of the following:
- One (1) 100/200 entry level accounting course
- One (1) 100/200 entry level marketing or technical marketing course
- One (1) 100/200 entry level economics course
- One (1) 100/200 entry level statistics course
- One (1) 100/200 entry level finance course
Students who have not met these requirements may be admitted to the University while completing the entrance requirements for the major.
