An Associate of Science Degree in Business and Administration prepares students for articulation or transfer to a baccalaureate degree program. The student who earns this degree may have an interest in many different jobs. Jobs the banking industry, computers, retail and manufacturing environments, finance, insurance, and real estate are among many possibilities.

Admission Information:
Students should have completed a college preparatory curriculum in high school.
Other Information:
Associate degree graduates will have the background to move into entry and mid-level management positions once they have gained employment experience. Students may want to consider earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership or continuing their studies in Dayton by earning the Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration with majors in accounting, economics, finance, management, or marketing.
