Associate of Arts A.A.
The Communication Associate of Arts degree prepares students to move into entry-level careers in the public and private sector or the media. It also serves as a seamless articulation to the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication where students can major in mass communication, organizational communication, and communication studies.

Admission Information:
A high school college preparatory curriculum is a good background for students starting the degree. Courses contributing to the degree include general education courses, communication courses, and appropriate technical courses.
Other Information:
The Associate of Arts in Communication degree is suitable for students who wish to enter a communication-related career or for individuals interested in personal development. Students seeking careers in conflict resolution, training and development, or other organizational communication specialties, as well as broadcast journalism, public relations, or media management and production will find a communication degree a suitable educational background.
