Event Space Rentals & Services
The Wright State University – Lake Campus offers a variety of event spaces for meetings, conferences, banquets, and more. From conference rooms to classrooms, there is a setting suitable for nearly any function. The James F. Dicke Hall is the newest event space, ideal for larger gatherings, with modern technology capabilities and numerous catering options. Many of the internal event spaces offer a gorgeous view of Grand Lake St. Marys. The grounds and amphitheatre of the Lake Campus also provide beautiful surroundings for outdoor functions.
Space Rental

Classrooms are available for presentations and meetings for groups up to 45. The rooms are equipped with technical services including a projector, screen, DVD/VCR player, sound system and document camera. |
James F. Dicke Hall was added in Fall 2009. The hall is ideal for breakfast, lunches, and dinners for up to 150 guests. The hall can also be arranged theatre-style for up to 300 guests for training, seminars and special events. |
Conference Rooms are available for small committe meetings, testing sessions, interviews and brief presentations for groups up to 12. |

On the grounds of the Lake Campus, you will find several outdoor areas overlooking Grand Lake St. Marys. The Crown Amphitheatre is ideal for musical performances and the Dwyer Patio is perfect for picnics. Additional areas of the grounds offer ample space for functions of any size, with beautiful scenery included.

Catering
| The Lake Campus welcomed its new on-site food service provider, Sodexo, in January 2011. Sodexo provides standard and customized menu ranging from breakfasts, lunches, dinners, appetizers, desserts, snacks and beverages. |
Rental Items
| Several event rental items are available, including, but not limited to: laptops, table linens/skirting, décor, risers, easels and signage. For a complete list of rental items and pricing, please contact the Events Coordinator. |
