Wright State University Lake Campus is proud to announce the development of the Men’s Baseball Program. In this inaugural season, the baseball team will compete in the (ORCC) Ohio Regional Campus Conference comprised of equivilent Universities based in the State of Ohio. Our program will follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the ORCC. Our baseball players are expected to have a strong emphasis on academics as well as athletics with the primary goal being selected on the ORCC All-Academic Team which is compiled quarterly and consists of student athletes who have carried at least 12 credit hours and earned a minimum GPA of 3.0 while participating in their sport.
Lake Campus offers a variety of college courses of study and a friendly environment allowing all students the opportunity to receive a quality education. Students can commute from home or may choose to live on campus in our newly constructed campus housing located just off the banks of Grand Lake St. Marys. Lake Campus simply offers a quality education at an affordable price.
As we enter the ORCC for the first time, expectations are high and we are working hard to compete at the highest level possible. We have assembled a roster of talented players from around the region and will continue to assemble quality student athletes into the future. We are constantly in search of quality players that are looking to take their careers to the next level. If you are interested in what it takes to compete at this level and looking to become part of the Lakers Baseball family, complete the athletic questionnaire (link at the top of the page) and submit it for consideration. We will contact you once it has been received and reviewed. We will contact you once it has been received and reviewed.
