The 8th annual Academic Lab Management Conference (LabMan) will be held at Wright State University, Dayton, OH, on June 18th–20th, 2007. Now in its 8th year, LabMan continues to be an informal, inexpensive, and friendly conference designed for people associated with the maintenance of computing labs in colleges, universities, K–12 school districts and libraries. $1000 (Gold Level) Sponsorship includes: A one-hour presentation to promote your company’s products and services by showcasing how they enhance instructional computer laboratories. (NOTE: Limited time slots for presentations are available. First-come, first-served, so please get your sponsorship commitment submitted ASAP.) Exhibitor space: a six-foot conference table to display and promote your company’s products and services for two days. Recognition on the conference Web site and printed marketing materials (corporate logo). Your corporate logo and company description published in conference proceedings that attendees will be referring to throughout the conference. A promotional item of your choice from your company will be included in conference attendee registration materials (optional). $500 (Silver Level) Sponsorship includes: Exhibitor space: a six-foot conference table to display and promote your company’s products and services for two days. Recognition on the conference Web site and printed marketing materials (corporate logo). Your corporate logo and company description published in conference proceedings that attendees will be referring to throughout the conference. Networking with lab management IT professionals from colleges, universities, K-12 school districts and libraries. Distributing company literature and contact information to conference attendees. $200 (Bronze Level) Sponsorship includes: Recognition on the conference Web site and printed marketing materials (corporate logo). Your corporate logo and company description published in conference proceedings that attendees will be referring to throughout the conference.

As a sponsor, we would like you to donate a door prize to be given away in an attendee drawing at the end of the conference. Examples of sought door prizes include flash drives, hardware, peripherals, and software.
