Aviation Cup Soccer Cancelled on Monday

Due to the weather, the soccer is cancelled for Monday. Weather permitting the game will be rescheduled for 1800 on Tuesday the 7th.

Final Program
Authors please review the Final Program. There are a number of updates and your session number and time may have changed. The corresponding authors should have heard from their session chairs by now. Please review the Presentation Preparation under Author Info if you have not done so.
Shuttle
Limited shuttle services between the three symposium hotels (Wingate, Holiday Inn, and Red Roof) and the Student Union (symposium site) will be provided throughout the symposium (Monday – Thursday). Shuttle Schedule is available at the hotels and in your ISAP bag.
In addition, there will be a few shuttle runs to the airport on Thursday. See the Shuttle Schedule for times. Reservations to the airport must be made at the Registration Table by Wednesday 1600.

Best Student Paper Competition
Six finalists will present their work to the review committee chaired by Dr. Esa Rantanen. The presentations will take place Monday, 5/5/2013, 1400-1600, Student Union Atlantis Room. All are welcome to attend. The Best Student Paper Award will be presented during the Wednesday Banquet at the Air Force Museum.

Students interested in lunching with aviation psychology experts can sign up near the Registration Table by Wednesday 1600.
Wright-Patterson Lab Tour (Friday 0900-1100)
Pick up will be at the Student Union entrance at 0840.
