Day's Events - (Recap)
| The day's events started off with a well-attended news conference by many state and local representatives and business leaders. Ohio Board of Regents Chancellor Eric D. Fingerhut announced the Ohio Center of Excellence in Human-Centered Innovation at Wright State University. |
| Following the news conference and into the afternoon, the community was invited to participate in a Virtual Brainstorming Session about technology and the role it plays in the region's future. |
| As the Virtual Brainstorming concluded, a reception for Peter Hancock, D.Sc., Ph.D., and a summary of the Virtual Brainstorming Session by President David R. Hopkins took place. |
| The Day of Innovation concluded with a Presidential Lecture by Hancock, who heads the Minds in Technology/Machines in Thought Laboratory at the University of Central Florida. Hancock discussed "Mind, Machine, and Morality." |
