"I'm proud to be able to contribute to the success of our company and the machine tool industry."
As vice president and chief financial officer of The Minster Machine Company, Robert Sudhoff assists in planning and directing the activities of the company, but he also sees himself contributing to the future of the machine tool industry by promoting and participating in new developments that meet and exceed the expectations of the customer. "The days of just providing a piece of machinery are a thing of the past," he says. "We must provide a complete solution to the customer and assist them in achieving overall success."
After graduating high school in Coldwater, Ohio, Sudhoff wasn't sure what he would do next, but wanted to continue his education while staying close to home. He enrolled in Wright State University's Lake Campus in Celina, took an accounting course, and found his calling. After graduation, he joined the Minster Machine Company and has enjoyed it so much that he's been there for 25 years.
