On Sunday, January 29, CaTS will be implementing extended online services to the Single Sign-On system.
What Is Single Sign-On?
The Single Sign-On (SSO) service makes it possible to log in to multiple Wright State online applications without re-entering your username and password each time. After logging in to a Wright State site using SSO, you'll be able to access other SSO-enabled sites during the same browser session without logging in again.
How Does This Service Benefit Me?
This service allows you to access multiple online applications while only having to login once. This will streamline your experience accessing the services you need at Wright State.
- Always lock your workstation when you are away or out of the office. Follow 'Clean Desk' practices to prevent anyone from accessing your sensitive data.
- SSO is specific to the browser you are using and your current session. If you open a different browser or close your current session, you will need to start SSO again by logging in to an SSO-enabled site.
- SSO login sessions expire periodically. From time to time you will be asked to re-authenticate to verify your identity and authorized access.
- This service is available to any Wright State member with a campus 'w' username and password.
