About Microsoft 365 Calendar

Microsoft 365 Calendar is a web-based calendar solution offered by Microsoft to all students, faculty, and staff at Wright State.

Microsoft Outlook 2019

Creating a New Event

Click the Calendar icon at the bottom of the page

Click New Meeting under the New section of the tool bar

Fill in the details of your meeting including who you want to invite, the title of the meeting, and the date, time and location

Click Send

Sharing Your Calendar

Click the Calendar icon at the bottom of the page

Click the Share Calendar under the Share section of the tool bar

Enter the email address of the intended recipient and select the type of access you want to give them

Click the Send button.

Seeing Another's Calendar

Click the Calendar icon at the bottom of the page.

On the lefthand sidebar, right-click on Shared Calendars

Click Add Calendars

Select Open Shared Calendar

Type in the email address of the person who's calendar you want to open and hit Enter

    Sharing or Emailing Your Calendar

    Click the Calendar icon at the bottom of the page.

    Click the Email Calendar under the Share section of the tool bar.

    Enter the email address of the intended recipient.

    Click the Send button.

    Seeing Another's Calendar

    Click the Calendar icon at the bottom of the page.

    On the lefthand sidebar, right-click on Shared Calendars

    Click Add Calendars

    Select Open Shared Calendar

    Type in the email address of the person who's calendar you want to open and hit Enter
