TouchNet MarketPlace System Outage
As of 1:30pm today, the TouchNet MarketPlace system is experiencing an outage. This outage affects any system on campus that utilizes TouchNet for bill payment. These services include, but are not limited to, student bill payment, Wright1 card deposits, and software sales.

Home Base Services
Home Base was created to meet the advanced support needs of university students. CaTS provides basic support services for free, but can now offer more in-depth support through Home Base. You'll find prices for these support offerings are much lower than going off campus. Home Base also offers software available for purchase to students, staff, and faculty members.
Microsoft Lync is an instant messaging client that gives you instant messaging capabilities, voice and video chat, screen sharing, and more. There are numerous versions of Lync that are available to use with your WSU Office 365 account. Lync 2013 is available for Windows and mobile devices, while Lync 2011 is available for Macs. A version of Lync, called Lync Online, is also available after logging in to Outlook Web App (your web-based email and calendar). See below for links to pages about each of these versions. Transcript and Graduation Payment Problems
Currently, the ability to pay for transcripts and graduation requests is currently unavailable. CaTS is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution.
System Maintenance for 12/29 Complete
The system maintenance that was being performed on Tuesday, December 29
was completed at approximately 10:00pm that night. WINGS, WINGS,
Express, and Banner systems are now available. If you have further

System Maintenance for Today Has Been Extended
The system maintenance scheduled to end at 1:00pm today has been
extended. The following systems are still unavailable as of 2:00pm:
-Banner and related services
CaTS will inform the university once all maintenance has been completed.

2014, during the hours of 7:00am - 11:00am. During this time, there will
be no access to any WSU systems or the Internet. If you have any

Issues with Yahoo! Mail
If you are a Yahoo! Mail user, you may experience issues with accessing your mail via the Yahoo! Mail website from on campus. This is due Cisco's threat intelligence database, which has blacklisted several Yahoo! Mail servers. We are in contact with Cisco, and will keep the university updated on any news we receive.

This website gives instructions on how to setup your mobile device or smartphone to access Office 365. Simply click on which device you'd like instructions for and follow the steps.
