TIME SHEETS EARLY SUBMISSION / APPROVAL NOTIFICATION
EMPLOYEES: Electronic Time Sheets need to be submitted on-line NO LATER than 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2015. Paper Time Sheets also need to be turned in to the Payroll Department NO LATER than 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 22 ,2015. They must be signed by the supervisor.
APPROVERS: Electronic Time Sheets have to be approved no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2015. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. If you will not be able to approve your employees’ time sheets, make sure that you have set up a proxy to approve them in your absence.
Please make sure all time sheets are submitted and approved by the deadline so everyone receives their pay on Friday, May 29, 2015.
WEB TIME SHEETS MAY SHOW SUBMITTED AND APPROVED, BUT IF IT IS AFTER THE DEADLINE, PAYROLL WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM FOR PAYMENT. If you have any problems or questions, please contact the Payroll Department.

Leave Reporting Deadlines
In order for reports to be approved in a timely manner, employees should continue to submit their leave at the end of each month to allow approvers time to review and approve their leave reports by the deadline.
