TIME SHEETS ARE DUE TODAY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2014
Electronic Time Sheets need to be submitted on-line NO LATER than 5:00 p.m. today Friday, September 26, 2014. Also, Paper Time Sheets need to be submitted to the Payroll Department NO LATER than 5:00 p.m. today Friday, September 26, 2014. They must be signed by the supervisor.
Electronic Time Sheets need to be approved no later than 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 29, 2014. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. If you will not be able to approve your employees’ time sheets, please make sure that you have a proxy set up to approve them in your absence.
Please make sure that all time sheets are submitted and approved by the deadlines so everyone receives their pay on Friday, October 3, 2014. WEB TIME SHEETS MAY SHOW SUBMITTED AND APPROVED, BUT IF IT IS AFTER THE DEADLINE, PAYROLL WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM FOR PAYMENT.
