1. The annual values listed represent salaries for full-time (100%) 12-month positions based on 2080 hours per year.
2. Any employee earning less than $35,568 on an annual basis (or $684 per week) will be classified as an hourly employee under the regulations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
For example: An employee earning $30,000 for a 75% full-time equivalent (FTE) effort, will be classified as an hourly employee under FLSA, even though the employee's annualized 100% FTE would be $40,000.
