Last week, the Department of Human Resources hosted an "Introduction to Healthcare Exchanges" presentation as conducted by HORAN Associates. This presentation was given to help you understand the Health Insurance Marketplace and the required notice which was distributed on September 26, 2013 as required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and sponsored by the Federal Government.
