Q: How can I change the hours I reported on my time sheet?
A: If your timesheet has been submitted for approval, but
not approved, contact your supervisor and request that your
timesheet be returned to you for correction. If your supervisor has
approved your timesheet, contact your supervisor and ask that he/she
email Payroll to let them know that a change in hours is needed.
Q: What do I do if my supervisor can't approve my time sheet?
A: Every supervisor has a proxy. This is information that
you should obtain before you run into a situation where your
supervisor is not available. If the proxy is also unavailable,
contact the Business Manager in your college or division.
