Q:  What can I do if I have a problem with my supervisor or a co-worker?
A:  If you have a problem with your supervisor, you have access to the Staff Liaison, or HR Employee Relations.  If you have a problem with your coworker, you should see your supervisor.

Q:  How can I file a formal grievance or request for dispute resolution?
A:  Classified and Unclassified staff members may request informal or formal dispute resolution by following the Dispute Resolution procedure.
