Education and Experience: M.D. degree in Internal Medicine BE/BC; Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine. The Assistant Professor level requires board certification in Medicine and experience teaching at the graduate level. The Associate professor level requires board certification in Medicine and ability to perform scholarly functions including supervisory responsibility. Academic rank and salary will be dependent on qualifications. Preferred: Appointable at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor; Experience in medical education and residency administration. Working Conditions: Position based at affiliated hospital (Good Samaritan Hospital) and some duties may take the physician to other local participating sites within the greater Dayton area. Position Description: Inpatient and ambulatory teaching and supervision of medical students and residents. Participation in the education and research activities of the department. Maintain a limited outpatient practice.
