Education and Experience: Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; a balanced record of outstanding scholarship, teaching, and service commensurate with the rank of full Professor; and a demonstrated record of research leadership. Preferred: Demonstration of administrative readiness and people skills is also desirable. Position Description: Administration ( oversee department operations, personnel decisions, programs). Provide leadership to the Department of Electrical Engineering in teaching, research, and service. Develop a vision for further enhancing the Department of Electrical Engineering's educational and research programs. Develop a plan for implementing that vision in the framework of collegiality that is required to effectively lead an academic department.
