Education and Experience:   Ph.D. (anticipated by September 1, 2008) in Psychology or related discipline (e.g., neuroscience, biomedical sciences) with training in behavioral neuroscience. Active engagement in research with promise of establishing an externally fundable research program. Capability to teach classes in behavioral neuroscience.

Preferred: Post-doctoral experience. Ability to teach classes in the area of developmental psychology. A research program that contributes to our department's emphasis on areas of developmental psychology.

Working Conditions: May require some travel


Position Description:  

Teach courses in Psychology.

Conduct and publish scholarly research.

Supervise and mentor graduate and advanced undergraduate students.

Provide service to the Department, College, and University.
