To be considered at the Associate level, candidates must have documented evidence of sustained and high quality scholarly activity, graduate student advising, and teaching commensurate with departmental criteria for promotion to that rank. Preferred: Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology; a productive research program in organizational or group level topics such as Organizational Structure, Organizational Development, Leadership, and Teams. Note: Position may require some travel. Position Description: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Conduct and publish scholarly research. Supervise, mentor and advise graduate students. Provide service to the department and university.
