Education and Experience:   Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Management Information Systems, Operations Management or related field from an AACSB accredited institution and an established record of scholarship to qualify as a full professor.

Preferred:    Previous leadership experience.

Position Description:  

Administration of the ISOM Department:

• Provide leadership in revising and delivering curriculum, conducting and facilitating research.

• Cultivate and strengthen ties with the business community.

• Promote faculty development and provide mentoring and support.

• Develop course schedules, hire adjunct faculty and manage the department budget.

• Prepare annual faculty evaluations; make recommendations to the Dean regarding merit and salary adjustments and promotion and tenure decisions.

• Serve as an active participant on the College’s Executive Management Team.

• Provide leadership in fundraising activities in cooperation with the Dean and College Development Officer.

Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses within the department of ISOM.
