Education and Experience:   Applicants must anticipate an earned Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.  Applicants for Assistant Professor are expected to show propensity for scholarship, generating a research program, and teaching.  Consideration for higher ranks, Associate and Full Professor, must have a Ph.D., significant additional experience, and a demonstrated proficiency in scholarship, sponsored research, and teaching commensurate with the level sought.
