Salary Minimum:  $35,000/yr

Education and Experience:   A Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in physiology or a related discipline (or equivalent).

Preferred:  Experience with patch clamping or imaging.

Working conditions: Routine laboratory work may involve biological hazards such as human tissue.

Note: Appointment is for one year with continuation contingent upon grant funding. Special Contract terms and conditions of employment apply.


Position Description:  

Design, coordinate and carry out experiments.

Use experience and analysis of current literature to adapt experimental designs (solve arising problems).

Analyze and interpret data for presentation and/or manuscript preparation.

Assist in writing manuscripts and/or grant proposals.
