Health Insurance Advocacy The firm of Horan and Associates, Inc. will provide the university with comprehensive support for the various elements of our health care insurance plans for a period of three years. A team of university faculty, staff, administrators, and a Trustee recently reviewed proposals from our current benefits broker and other consulting firms, including Horan. All proposals were solicited by Human Resources in compliance with our Purchasing policies. This means that a Horan representative will work on your behalf on those occasions when you are unable to resolve administrative and/or billing problems with an insurance vendor in a reasonable time period.
