Wright State University offers its employees a competitive package of employee benefits. The package includes group insurance coverages such as medical, dental, and vision coverages for the employee and the employee’s family as well as term life insurance and long-term disability income coverages for the employee. The university offers its employees participation in retirement programs funded with both employer and employee contributions as well as participation in voluntary supplemental retirement programs. Some of the benefit plans provided by the university require employee contributions. The university also offers generous paid time off benefits including sick leave, vacation and holiday pay.
