Employee Assistance Program (EAP)The Employee Assistance Program provides free counseling service to a Wright State University employee who is appointed to work on more than a 50% Annual Full-time Equivalency basis and anyone who lives in his/her household. Through the EAP, you can receive assistance for a wide range of issues, including: Parenting concerns The EAP generally provides assistance for a maximum of eight visits. If you need help beyond the scope of the EAP, your counselor may refer you to a provider or facility covered by our medical insurance. Magellan Behavioral Health administers the EAP program.
