Trista Becoming a Resident Assistant was one of the best decisions that I have made so far in my college career. Being able to help residents with problems big and small is extremely rewarding. Not only is the job beneficial to others, but it has also been great to see my own individual growth. Enhancing my time management, communication and conflict resolution skills is extremely helpful. I would encourage others to apply for this position if they want to make a difference and enjoy a rewarding experience.

Being a Resident Assistant has been by the far most rewarding experience I have had at Wright State University. The position has allowed me to enhance my organizational, interpersonal, time management, and academic skills in a way that I didn't know was possible. Working with students and being a positive role model for the residents has become extremely fulfilling. I have grown as an individual and hopefully have helped some residents grow as well. In response to anyone who is curious about becoming a Resident Assistant, I would say that there is no experience as unique and enriching as this one!
