My name is Amanda Dahlman and this will be my first year as an RA.  I am from Kettering which is ten minutes away from WSU.  Why did I choose to life on campus my freshman and now sophomore year?  I wanted the “college experience”.  I wanted to meet new people, get involved in activities, and succeed in my studies. 

As of now, I am majoring in physics with a minor in math and chemistry.  I enjoy working out (I ran cross country and track in high school).  I also enjoy going to eat at awesome home-own restaurants (if you are looking for good, fun food I will definitely be able to help you out there).  I love getting to know people and trying new things.  I love music, sports, theatre, and pretty much anything.

As for living in Sycamore, you all have definitely chosen the best place on campus!  I am looking forward getting to know everyone and everyone getting to know their neighbors!  This school year I am here to help provide the resident life our community wants.  Whether casual barbeques, fun restaurants, or awesome activities, I know this community will be a great place to live!
