Hi everyone! My name is Travis Loveday, and I am the Community Director for University Park and The Village apartments. I am originally from Sevierville, Tennessee, but I feel like I am an honorary resident of Ohio since there seemed to be 1, 000, 000 people from Ohio on vacation in East Tennessee every year.

While an undergrad at Carson-Newman College, I served as a Resident Assistant for two and a half years, split between a traditional residence hall and the on-campus apartments. I enjoyed my job as an RA so much I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in Student Affairs. I was offered a position at my alma mater as a Residence Life Coordinator and worked there for two years. I started at Wright State in 2008 and have been doing my best at making my community one of the best on our campus.  

I encourage each of you to be involved in campus activities and organizations. My staff and I are here to help you get the most out of your college experience, so if there is anything we can do to help you or our community, please let us know.
