Welcome to the Honors Residential Complex!

My name is Ryan Druffel and I am the Honors Residential Complex Community Director for the 2009-2010 academic school year.

I was born and raised not far from Wright State in Cincinnati and am the oldest of my parents three boys. Upon graduating from high school, I came to Wright State to pursue a business degree in marketing, and found myself immersed in campus life. I joined a number of campus clubs and organizations, and got involved in my residence hall council. Having been involved in the Hall Council, I got to know the RA’s in my community and applied to be a RA.

I was an RA for four years in two of our residential communities (Hamilton Hall and Forest Lane Apartments) before graduating in 2006. After graduation, I took a position as a Hall Director at Western Kentucky University, where I enjoyed working with first year students prior to returning to Wright State.

My passions and hobbies are working with college students, Professional Baseball, and a variety of outdoor sports like Fishing, Camping and Boating.

I am eager for the year to begin, and hope to get to know you all throughout the year. If I or my staff can be of any help to you in the coming months as you prepare for fall quarter, please let me know!

Best Wishes for a successful year!
