At A Glance
Although the Dayton metropolitan area offers many
different housing options, an apartment in The
Village will provide you with a comprehensive
set of benefits unavailable elsewhere.
Rental costs for the apartments in
The Village are at market value in comparison
with apartments in the area surrounding campus
and are lower than rental costs for newer apartments
in the Miami Valley Region. No security deposit
is required. Nor is a cosigner. Each of the apartments features wall-to-wall
carpeting, window coverings, an oven/stove, microwave,
and full sized refrigerator. Also, each room is
equipped with an Ethernet hook-up for students
to connect to Wright State University's Local
Access Network from their rooms.
Since the apartments are adjacent to campus,
you will save time and money getting to and from
class. In addition, The Village residents may
take advantage of the many services and facilities
available on the campus, including the Paul Laurence
Dunbar Library, the Student Union, Dining Services,
the Nutter Center, and the Creative Arts Center.
The Village is just minutes away from downtown
Dayton, downtown Fairborn, and a wide variety of
shopping centers and restaurants. The Regional
Transportation Authority (RTA) operates bus service
to campus with connections to a large service
area.
The Village's resident staff helps make living on campus
a fulfilling and important part of the university
experience. They are available to provide referrals
to campus and university support services, respond
to emergencies, and assist in planning community
activities. |
